Parking lot

  • Happy Birthday today to Kailee Otto, Carter Pratt, Jordan Pratt, and Mr. Jefferson.

  • Student Drivers: Just a reminder that you need to park only in spots that are marked as parking spots, particularly if you are parking near the maintenance shed. Room needs to be left for delivery trucks to maneuver in the parking lots.

  • Mentor Lunch: There will be a freshman mentor lunch on Friday March 19. This is mandatory for all freshmen.

  • Final Exams: Mrs. Seegmiller emailed information about final exams to all students. Here is what it said:

“We wanted to let you know that we WILL be taking final exams this semester.  The exams are May 25 and May 26.
Here are a few details that you should know about final exams.

    • Every student will take a final exam and the grade WILL count for 20% of their overall grade.
    • Attendance is mandatory on exam days unless exempt (dual credit/seniors).
    • Students who are exempt from taking exams:
    • Second semester seniors who are earning an 80% combined average (or better) for the third and fourth quarters AND are in good standing are exempt from taking final exams. Good standing means the student does not owe the school for library fines, lunch fees, registration fees, dual credit course fees, etc and does not owe any detentions or Saturday Schools.
    • All dual credit courses are required to take final exams as required by higher education institutions. Students enrolled in dual credit courses will take those final exams according to the college timeline.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.”

Closed Campus Lunch:  We need to change our procedures for closed campus lunch if you are on the eligibility list. This is now being allowed as the COVID guidelines have changed a little. Beginning today, if you are on the eligibility list, which means you are failing a class, you MUST REMAIN in the cafeteria during your lunch hour.  If you have questions, please see Mrs. Seegmiller or Mr. Seal.
