  • Class of 2021 last day of class. Seniors check your email for a message from Mrs. Seegmiller. There are time changes for graduation practice and other important information that she will share with you. 

  • Seniors Car Parade through all of our towns today. Lineup at LGS at 5:30 pm. It will go from Lovington to Hammond to Atwood and then to Arthur.

  • Chromebook Checkout - Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors log into your Skyward account this morning and click on the tile that says “Chromebook Checkout.” Let us know if you are checking out your Chromebook for the summer. If you take your chromebook home for the summer and don’t fill out this form, and have a permission form filled out by parents, then you will be charged $25. Parents can fill out the permission form by logging into Family Access in Skyward. If you are turning your Chromebook in for the summer, you will do so to your 7th hour teacher on your last day.

  • Seniors and Chromebooks - Seniors login to your Skyward account this morning and let us know if you intend to purchase your Chromebook for $50 when you graduate. If you do not intend to purchase and you do not need it to study for a final exam, you will need to turn in your Chromebook during 7th hour. 

  • Football signups are in the office for anyone that did not play football last year. 

  • Student Council: All newly elected Class of 2022, 2023, and 2024 Student Council Representatives and Class Presidents will meet at 7:20 Thursday morning in the old gym.  Please let Mrs. Renfro know if you have any questions.

  • Library Books need to be turned in!

  • Sports Physicals - Sarah Bush Lincoln is again offering Back to School Sport Physicals at their Arthur Clinic location. Dates for Sports Physicals are June 2 and June 28th. Stop by the office to pick up the form and information sheet. You must have an appointment and your parents must sign the form before you go. SBL donates the $20 fee to the Arthur Athletic Booster Club so this is a win win situation!

  • Pool Applications: If you are interested in working at the Arthur Pool this summer, there are applications in the office. 

  • Juniors: There is a sign-up sheet in Mrs. Singer's room for fair parking this summer. 

  • Tell the story! - Students, are you interested in helping tell the story of this year? Please send candid photos from this year of you and your friends to Mrs. Huffman (huffmank@cusd305.org). Photos may appear in the yearbook. 

  • Yearbook - Make sure you have purchased your 2020-2021 yearbook. Bring payment to Mrs. Huffman or buy online here. 

  • Summer Employment: If you are 18 and interested in summer employment with the school district you can apply in the district office or online. The Arthur CUSD #305 Online Job Application can be completed online. This is a non-certified, district position. 

  • On This Day:. in 2020 it was announced that Greenhouse gas emissions dropped 17% worldwide in April 2020 when the world was in lockdown for COVID.
