Good morning/afternoon/evening Knight families. As you may be aware, we released our return to school summary yesterday. That summary provided the highlights as they relate to returning to school and what to expect when we return. Although the plan isn’t perfect, we are proud of everyone that contributed. A lot of thought and time went into the process and for that we are very grateful.
We are reaching out again to gather some very valuable and critical information related to remote learning moving forward. Remote learning generally will look different than in-person learning. Remote learning is providing a platform for students to learn outside the traditional classroom. The learning and platform for learning would take place at home, ideally under the supervision of parents and or guardians.
In order for us to make an informed decision regarding platform and delivery of instruction we need to gather a list of those that are choosing the remote option. We need to have your decision to pursue remote learning by Monday, August 3rd 3pm. Once you select this option your student must remain in remote learning for the entire duration of the first semester.
We are asking that you reach out to your students building Principal either via phone or email with your decision by the August 3rd deadline. The contact information for the building Principal’s is listed below. If you choose to call the office of the Principal and cannot reach them, please either leave a message or email.
