Douglas County Health Center is conducting school and sport physicals at all locations in Arthur CUSD #305. Cost is $10 for school physicals and $5 for sport physicals. Vaccinations will also be available. The dates and times are:
AGS - 5/16/24 9am-4:30pm AGS Signup
LGS - 5/29/24 12pm-7pm LGS Signup
ALAH - 6/12/24 12pm-7pm ALAH Signup
AHGS - 8/7/24 9am-7pm AHGS Signup
Please schedule a time using the links above. You can schedule your appointments at any of the four locations based on the date, time, and location that works best for you.
