Good afternoon everyone,
Due to the inclement weather forecasted over the next two days, we have arranged to hold our Individualized Drive Through Graduation Ceremony in the Merchant’s Building behind the high school gym. We are so thankful to the Moultrie Douglas County Fair Board and the Arthur Park District Board for making this possible. Our communities have always been a great place to live and raise a family and this only amplifies how blessed we are. Listed below is the plan, it will run just like we were outside, but inside. We are set to go TOMORROW, May 14th.
You will keep the same time you have already reserved. All times are for Thursday. We are doing all students in one day.
Come in the west drive of the parking lot and go south.
You will pull into the north side of the Merchant’s building when it is your turn.
Only normal passenger vehicles should be used. No Recreational or Commercial Vehicles as they won’t be able to maneuver the turn.
Seniors will get out of the vehicle.
Seniors will have one picture taken, cross the stage when their name is announced, have a second picture taken and then exit the stage. (You will have time to take pictures, but everyone except the graduate must remain in the vehicle.)
Seniors will move to the second photo stop for pictures. (You will have time to take pictures, but everyone except the graduate must remain in the vehicle.)
Seniors will return to the vehicle and exit the building through the south, leaving the park grounds.
