On December 1, 2025, in accordance with the Illinois State Board of Education’s rules and regulations governing school records and with the Illinois School Student Act of 1975, Arthur CUSD #305 will destroy the Special Education Records and any other temporary records of students with birth dates of 1998 or prior. To obtain copies of records before the originals are destroyed, students or their legal guardians may complete the Records Request at www.cusd305.org/page/records-request-form or by contacting the High School office on or before December 1, 2025.
