We would like to recognize this week's ALAH High School Shining Knights! Students are nominated by teachers for positives with academics, behavior or attitude. Students get a small reward for the week and will then be put in for a monthly drawing for a gift card. Intro to FCS completed 'Person You Admire' Projects. Some chose a parent, coworker, grandparent, 'celebrity.' Students presented projects on Wednesday in class.

FCCLA members--Perla Juarez-Cuevas and Logan Burgin plus advisor, Ginger Voegel spent the past 2 days at IL FCCLA Ignite! Conference in Springfield. There they learned more about FCCLA, met new people, attended workshops and planned for the year.
