As the saying goes, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Although the Special Olympics at EIU was rained out today, our students brought the spirit indoors, cheering on our awesome athletes as they competed in our gym. Our athletes gave it their all and each earned a medal! #GoKnights

The FACS kitchen is still busy with labs. Energy Bites, Pancakes from Scratch and used for Ground Pork have all been recent labs.
Our school is currently 3 units behind on earning another $500 to give out in scholarships! To help us get there our student council is partnering with the Methodist Church here in town to try and get us to our goal. The blood drive will run from 1:00pm - 6:00pm on May 6th.
