Introduction to Agriculture students started their year off by finding their top core value and adding some color to the hallway! They were able to share with the class their values in order to get to know one another on a deeper level.
Move If You was a great option for an outdoor activity for students in Mrs. Voegel's classes. This helped them learn new things about their classmates.

FACS classes completed a lesson on the 5 Flavor Profiles of Food. And had an opportunity to taste 8 different foods to choose their flavor profiles.

Good times were shared between our Mentors and the Class of 2028 at our Freshmen Icebreaker yesterday! Freshmen had the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt for prizes, a schedule run through to get a feel of how long passing periods really are, and icebreaker activities to get to know their mentors and peers. We are eager to begin our Freshmen Mentoring program this year!
Entries for the 2024 Homecoming Parade are now being accepted. The parade will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 27th. Entry forms can be picked up at the high school office. Entry forms must be returned to the office no later than Friday, September 20th at 4:00 pm. Businesses will be able to enter into the parade with a small fee of $25 that goes to support the ALAH HS Student Council. For more information, please contact the high school at (217)543-2146.
