Dear Parents and Guardians of the Class of 2023,
We are in the home stretch of your student’s final days of high school. We will be sending you frequent updates about what is happening and when. These final eight weeks of school move at warp speed!
We are about a month away from leaving for our senior trip! We have been ordering tickets and putting the final touches on our itinerary. It is exciting and I can hardly wait to go on this journey with them. The bad news is that we are $7,000 short of being able to do everything we have planned. Therefore, we are squeezing in a last minute fundraiser and selling cinnamon rolls from The Homestead Bakery. Your senior is bringing home a form so that we can all work together as a class for this last push. We are making $5.00 from every order. Order forms are due on Monday morning and we will be delivering rolls on Thursday, April 6th. We are hoping that this will be the final fundraiser EVER for your senior. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions and of course if you have a random $7,000 lying around, I know how it can be put to good use!
Other things that your student should be working on:
FAFSA - We are making the final push to have your student complete the FAFSA (this is a state graduation requirement)
Service Hours - Every senior is required to have at least 8 service hours completed! Forms can be turned into the office or to Mrs. Hart.
Scholarships - On Friday there will be another scholarship workshop during Flex period! Encourage your student to attend.
Please let me know if you have any questions! It’s a busy time and we want to make sure everyone is aware of all that is going on
Mrs. Seegmiller
