Winter Follies - Student Council will be hosting Winter Follies next Fri. Feb. 23. Forms are available in the office or from Mrs. Sluder and are due this Friday, Feb. 16th.
Concessions - If you worked concessions this school year and did not get an email last week please stop by the office.
Candy for Sale - we have a selection of candy for sale for $2 in the office while supplies last. The selection includes: Kit Kat, M&Ms, Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups, Sour Skittles, Snickers, Twix and Beef Jerky. Profits benefit the senior class trip fund.
Girls Basketball - play Sullivan @ the IHSA Regional in Sullivan, game time 7:30, bus time 5:30
Anime/Video Game Club - during study hall
Field Trips - if you are going on a field trip later this week please remember we need a planned absence form turned into the office the day before you go. You will need a parent signature, then a principal’s signature and then all of your teachers signatures so please plan ahead!
One Good Fact - Because the sound of an alarm may be difficult to hear in long underground tunnels, many mining operations use a stench-based alarm that pumps a powerful odor into the air ventilation system to signal emergency evacuation.
