Hello Knight Family:
Yes, we’re mentioning it again — because it’s that important! It’s not too late to sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences next Wednesday and Thursday evening! Our teachers will be available from 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. — ready to celebrate successes, answer questions, and share how we can work together to help your student shine this semester. Signing up is easy, login into your Skyward account and click on the tile that says “Conferences.” You can schedule time with every teacher as you wish. We are able to offer conferences in person, by phone or through Google Meets. If you prefer you can call 543-2146 and we will assist you with scheduling.
The Class of 2027 met with Mrs. Hart on Thursday to begin planning their senior year schedules — hard to believe, right? Don’t worry, we’re not rushing through their junior year! There are still plenty of important moments ahead, including the ACT, Prom, and much more. However, we want to stay organized and prepared for the transition to LGS next year. Getting class requests completed now helps us plan effectively and make sure every student has what they need. The Class of 2028 and Class of 2029 will be meeting with Mrs. Hart in the coming weeks to talk about their opportunities.

Speaking of fundraisers … we have just 40 discount cards left! These cards offer great local deals and directly support our seniors as they raise money for their senior trip. Every card sold puts your student one step closer to making those senior memories a reality. If you haven’t grabbed one yet (or know someone who could use one), now’s the perfect time! Call the office at 217-543-2146 to help us get these final cards sold.
Big night ahead! On Tuesday, our Knights battle Unity Christian for the LPC Conference Championship and celebrate our seniors’ final home match. Let’s pack the west gym and make some noise for our Knights!
