Hello Knight Family:
National FFA Week concluded with a fantastic event this afternoon as the FFA chapter hosted the much-anticipated Ag Olympics! The energy was high, and the event was filled with friendly competition, a lot of fun, and plenty of laughs for everyone who participated and watched. It was a wonderful way to cap off a week celebrating the hard work and dedication of our students in agriculture. And a personal favorite is our students driving their tractors to school. Our parking lot never looked so good.
Looking ahead to tomorrow, the support for our local FFA continues. The dedicated FFA Alumni are hosting their annual community breakfast at the Arthur United Methodist Church. The breakfast will be served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This is a community event and everyone is invited. Come enjoy their famous biscuits and gravy—a local favorite—and take the opportunity to catch up with friends, neighbors, and fellow community members. It's a great chance to reconnect and show support for the future of agriculture education.
February has been a whirlwind of Senior Nights, Winter Follies, and FFA Week. While we’ve weathered the winter grind, March is ushering in its own brand of 'madness.' Coming next month, we look forward to inducting our newest National Honor Society members, cheering on our Bridge Bust team at Purdue, and watching our talented cast take the stage for Footloose. Our track, baseball and softball teams are ready for our spring sports season and we continue those final moments of preparation for the ACT tests in April.
