Hello Knight Family:
The wait is over, the rhythm is right, and it’s finally time to kick off those ‘Sunday shoes’! After weeks of tireless rehearsals, late-night choreography, and incredible dedication from our cast and crew, our Spring Musical, Footloose, has officially arrived. The east gym has been transformed into a stage full of talent and energy, and the buzz in the halls is undeniable. We even listened to the soundtrack between passing periods today! This is rumored to be our most spectacular production in years. We can’t wait to see you in the audience to help us celebrate the hard work of these amazing students! Join us tonight and tomorrow at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
The Knights brought home more ‘hardware’ this week! As our Scholastic Bowl team earned the title of Regional Champions!! They are REGIONAL CHAMPIONS and headed to sectionals tomorrow morning. Their hard work, quick thinking and ability to play mental gymnastics well has earned them a spot to compete at sectionals tomorrow morning! Join us in congratulating our dedicated students and wish them luck this weekend.
Attention Senior Parents: We are now accepting submissions for Yearbook Senior Ads. You can find the required form in your email. The deadline of April 24th will be here in a heartbeat. This is a great way to celebrate their student’s accomplishments before space runs out. And for those of you who are not parents of a senior, hold on, time goes quickly. Speaking of yearbook ads, you can still order a yearbook at Jostens.
We have six of our top band students heading to the LPC (Lincoln Prairie Conference) all conference band program on Thursday at Heritage. Our students will rehearse during the afternoon and then perform on Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. The concert is open to the public and provides a wonderful evening of music with students from across our conference.
