Chromebook Checkout - Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors log into your Skyward account this morning and click on the tile that says “Chromebook Checkout.” Let us know if you are checking out your Chromebook for the summer. If you take your chromebook home for the summer and don’t fill out this form, and have a permission form filled out by parents, then you will be charged $25. Parents should fill out their permission form by logging into Family Access in Skyward. If you are turning your Chromebook in for the summer, you will do so to your 7th hour teacher on your last day.
Seniors and Chromebooks - Seniors login to your Skyward account this morning and let us know if you intend to purchase your Chromebook for $50 when you graduate. If you do not intend to purchase it and you do not need it to study for a final exam, you will need to turn in your Chromebook during 7th hour on your last day, which for some of you is today!
The Knights Closet has plenty of clothes on the rack outside the teacher's lounge for any student who can use them. And if you are in need of certain items that aren't there please contact Mrs. Voegel via email or stop to see her. There are other clothes in storage available as well.
Sports Physicals - Sarah Bush Lincoln is again offering Back to School Sport Physicals at their Arthur Clinic location. Dates for Sports Physicals are June 15 and June 27th. Stop by the office to pick up the form and information sheet. You must have an appointment and your parents must sign the form before you go. SBL donates the $20 fee to the Arthur Athletic Booster Club so this is a win-win situation! Please note, incoming freshmen need a complete physical - this sports physical will not work for that.
Seniors: Today is the last day of attendance for seniors that don’t have to take finals. They are visiting grade schools, having formal graduation pictures taken and having a cookout with retired teachers.
Volleyball - if you are interested in playing volleyball next year there will be an informational meeting for all players and parents, today, May 18th at 6:00 pm in the old gym. Bring any dates you know you'll be gone.

Recognition Ceremony: ALAH will be hosting a recognition ceremony for Layna Kapp at 3:30 p.m. in the gym at Arthur Lovington Atwood Hammond High School. Layna will be continuing her athletic participation in cheerleading at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale.
