The Douglas County Health Department COVID hotline # (1-801-997-0019) will no longer be operational after Nov. 30, 2020. Any calls to DCHD, COVID related or not, should be made to the main phone number at 217-253-4137. There will be no COVID testing at Douglas County Health Department the week of Nov. 23-27, 2020 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Drive-thru testing will resume Monday, Nov. 30 on the regular schedule of Mondays-Thursdays 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The testing site is Building J600 at Tuscola Outlet Mall, between Old Navy and Vanity Fair.
