ALAH welcomed 1981 Atwood Hammond High School alumnus Kent Brown in the high school library for a book signing and student presentation. Mr. Brown recently retired from the University of Illinois, where he served as Associate Athletics Director for Media Relations. He is the author of 100 Things Illinois Fans Should Know and Do Before They Die, a celebration of Illinois athletics and its rich history. During his visit, Mr. Brown shared insights from his career in collegiate athletics and media relations, offering students a firsthand look at career opportunities in the sports industry. Students enjoyed meeting Mr. Brown and having him sign their books.

ALAH High School Welcomes Alumni Author Kent Brown for Book Signing and Career Talk
Arthur Lovington Atwood Hammond High School will welcome 1981 Atwood Hammond High School alumnus Kent Brown on Wednesday, January 14, at 2:45 p.m. in the high school library for a book signing and student presentation.
Mr. Brown recently retired from the University of Illinois, where he served as Associate Athletics Director for Media Relations. He is the author of 100 Things Illinois Fans Should Know and Do Before They Die, a celebration of Illinois athletics and its rich history.
During his visit, Mr. Brown will share insights from his career in collegiate athletics and media relations, offering students a firsthand look at career opportunities in the sports industry.
