Third grade put their Halloween candy to good use today! We made arrays with candy to help us learn to multiply.
Today in 4th grade we learned about the Pumpkin Chunkin competition and built our own pumpkin catapults. We had fun launching our mini pumpkins!
We had a great Friday at AHGS!! We ended our Red Ribbon week by dressing in orange, black, and purple, and thanks to a very generous donation from Stacy Welch and Shalynn’s Hope, every student in the school was able to decorate a mask to celebrate Halloween! We got to play Bingo today as a reward for wearing our masks well all 1st Quarter! We also had yummy Tastee Cup!
Celebrating that we reached our 1st Quarter PBIS goal, of wearing our masks and social distancing, with some Tastee Cup in Kindergarten! 🍨 😷
