This year we have introduced a new patch for our athletes who have participated in 3 separate sports. The Tri-Athlete patch is made up of 3 swords angled inward representing the 3 sports that make each individual a Tri-Athlete. Pictured below are the recipients for the 2021-2022 school year.
Sarah Bush Lincoln is again offering Back to School Sport Physicals at their Arthur Clinic location. Dates for Sports Physicals are June 15 and June 27th. You must have an appointment and a parent must sign the form before. SBL donates the $20 fee to the Arthur Athletic Booster Club so this is a win-win situation! Please note, incoming freshmen need a complete physical - this sports physical will not work for that. Please see the link below for the physical form or stop by the high school office!

Congratulations to Denise Strack and Stacey Bryson on being the winners of the Junior Class Hog Raffle! You each have won half a hog, processed however you would like. Thank you to everyone who participated and bought tickets for this fundraiser. You all helped contribute almost $5k towards the Junior Class's Senior trip next year!! You guys rock!
Foods & Culinary Arts had ‘Pick 3 Make Me’ for their semester exam. Students had to use 3 ingredients from stock, find a recipe, lab plan, make a grocery list, execute the recipe, plate, and evaluate. Fish tacos, meatballs, Crab Rangoon and more were their choices.

Child Development II students had teaching mini-demonstration lessons as their final exam. They found ideas, narrowed choices, conferred with Mrs. Voegel, made shopping lists and gathered classroom supplies then taught their lesson to their peers. Creative juices were flowing!
Thanks to the Education Foundation Mini-Grants the FACS Kitchens at ALAH will have Air Fryers to use!
