Culinary Arts spent this week learning about cooking meats. Their first lab was Pan-Fried Pork Chops. EIU Student Teacher Ms. Jones completed a demonstration with them and had students take notes and the next day they prepared their own Tasty Chops!

Foods class participated in ‘Fruit Tastings’ today. Their varieties included frozen, canned, prepared, fresh and dried. Many students could say at least 1 thing was something new to them!
