The FACS kitchen is still busy with labs. Energy Bites, Pancakes from Scratch and used for Ground Pork have all been recent labs.
Our school is currently 3 units behind on earning another $500 to give out in scholarships! To help us get there our student council is partnering with the Methodist Church here in town to try and get us to our goal. The blood drive will run from 1:00pm - 6:00pm on May 6th. Miss K., the FCS Practicum student from EIU had students in Intro to FACS II make 'Pattern People' as part of their Fashion Lessons. They chose the outfit type and created fabric/paper clothing to fit their person based on their persons 'Fashion Sense.'
