Almost the whole Class of 2027 joined us for our Freshmen Icebreaker this week! Incoming Freshmen had the opportunity to get to know their mentoring group while participating in a variety of activities. Thank you freshmen mentors and staff volunteers who made this event possible!

Our Arcola/ALAH boys golf team finished tied for 5th place at the Oakwood 5 Scramble today. Kendall Schrock (ALAH), Hunter Grant (ALAH), Kody Burdick (ALAH), Jackson Miller (Arcola), and Canton Wesch (Arcola) ended the day with team score of 65.
Our freshmen mentors where in today getting ready for Wednesday's Freshman Icebreaker. It starts at 11:30 a.m. We are looking forward to having students back in the building!
Excess Technology Sale Update

ALAH FCCLA member Perla Juarez-Cuevas just returned from 3 days at IL FCCLA Summer Leadership Camp. Her favorite thing about camp was 'getting to know more people & branching out. It was a well thought-out experience and it was awesome to connect with so many awesome people.'
Riley Robinson is the 2023 Mattoon Bass Club Youth Tournament champion with a total weight of 6.33 lbs.! Riley also had the big bass for the day with a weight of 3.23 lbs. #GoKnights
