We really enjoy our Drop Everything And Read (DEAR) Time in 2nd grade. We love getting comfortable with a good book…or two!

LGS students are celebrating 100s week at the beach in Mrs. Rosenbaum’s Music Class playing the Steel Pan Drum. Aloha from Mikey and Annabelle! 🛢🏖🎵😃

Atlis, Noah, and Heidi have earned 2 pizza coupons from Itsa Pizza in Arthur for naming all of the capital and lowercase letters! #lgspreschoolersrock!

Kindergarten also had some 100 year olds join in the fun.😉



Today Kindergarten was all about 💯! We are officially 100 days smarter! We celebrated by making pictures with 100 pattern blocks and by building with 100 blocks. We made gum-ball machines With 100 “gum-balls” in them. We wrote numbers to 100, figured out what we would buy with $100, and drew ourselves as 100 yr old people.



So proud of Jaidyn Edwards she is the first kid in the school to reach her silver reading goal! Samantha Fowler also shined this month earning her bronze award! Keep reading 7th grade!

3rd grade was surprised with a 100 Day Escape room. Each group had to work together to do a variety of 100 day activities to solve the mystery. Each student earned a certificate, homework pass, and a candy.
