
First grade enjoyed a glowingly successful glow day today. We wrote books on glow in the dark paper, enjoyed glow snacks, made glow in the dark moon sand and engineered creations using glow sticks!





Ready, Set, Kindergarten! If you have a kindergarten bound student for next year, please join the district preschool teachers for a live google meet on ways to prepare your Kindergartener for the upcoming school year. This event will take place Wednesday, May 26th at 6pm. Please email Mrs. Stutzman at stutzmans@cusd305.org to receive the link to join! Please RSVP via email by Monday, May 24th. This event is open to anyone with a kindergarten bound student and the event will be recorded, for those who may be unable to attend.

Second grade went to Camp Read-A-Lot today. We read, ate s’mores, had a fire, and read s’more! We had a fun day camping and reading.




We had our scholastic bowl awards party today during lunch. Wyatt Taylor was our only 8th grader who participated all 3 years! Congratulations to Maxton Boddy for receiving the most varsity toss-ups award and Joshua Taylor for most JV toss-up!

3rd grade is enjoying their interactive Harry Potter unit. Our house is our family!





First grade has been learning about the parts of a plant and reading versions of Jack and the Beanstalk. Now we are using plant parts to engineer a structure for Jack to rest in while going up and down the beanstalk! Keep an eye out for the finished products!
