More of our fun Dot Day activities.

First grade celebrated International Dot Day by reading the book The Dot and completing tasks using dots. We wrote our own book, made our sight words, created our own dot, built a dot structure and even had a dot snack. We had a fantastic time!

Story Walk
Take a stroll through the Story Walk posted around the playground. It’s a great way to get some fresh air and practice social distancing while enjoying a good book. Our first installment is Niblet & Ralph by Zachariah Ohora.

First grade practiced sums of 10 with the help of bowling. We counted how many were standing and used our math skills to figure out the missing addend (how many fell down). We had a great time!
