FAN BUS INFORMATION
Attention 6th,7th, and 8th graders. We WILL be having a fan bus for tonight's JH Volleyball Sectional Game in Tuscola. Students MUST sign up with the principal at their building. The bus will leave from LGS @ 5:30, AGS @ 5:45, and AHGS @6pm. If you are a track member you can get on the bus at AGS @ 5:45. You will need to get transportation from the high school to Arthur Grade School to get on the bus. Admission will be covered for students on the bus but they will need money for concessions if they choose to purchase anything. The game starts at 6:30 and students will be dropped back off at the schools after the game. Let's GO KNIGHTS!

3rd grade had a fantastic Read Across America Day. We ate snacks, read books with blankets and stuffies, read about the Iditarod Race, and had a glow stick party! Prizes were given for: Best PJ idea, Most books read, and Most AR tests passed. We read 48 books today!!
Students celebrated filling their gem jar with positive behavior in the library. Third graders chose to celebrate with a dance off while Kindergarten and 2nd graders made sidewalk chalk. #GoKnights

For Dr. Seuss’ Birthday we made Lorax trees using marshmallows, uncooked spaghetti, cotton balls and play dough. Of course we heard the Story of the Lorax first and later listened to Cat in the Hat.
Artist of the Week this week is Makailyn Martin. Congrats!
3rd grade celebrated Dr. Seuss Birthday today. We did seuss math, read Dr. Seuss books, ate hat fruit kabobs, made oh the places you'll go balloons with ideas we had, and made Oobleck.

Congratulations to Mrs. Wulff who has been awarded an Empowering Education Grant from Eastern Illini Electric Cooperative. This grant will be used towards a 3-D printer for the STEM lab. We are so proud of you Mrs. Wulff and your dedication to our students.
