Good morning Knights! This is a reminder that today, Thursday, March 14, is a School Improvement Day. The high school will dismiss at 1:00 pm and the grade schools will dismiss at 1:15 pm. Arthur CUSD 305 schools will be on spring break next week.
We wanted to acknowledge 2nd place in our battle today: Austin Kauffman, Camden Grimsley, Jackson Davis, &Jamie Detweiler. Unprompted, these young gentlemen walked over and congratulated the winners! We are proud of your efforts, attitude, and grace in tough competition.
Congratulations to Tynley!!! She has completed the Joust Read Challenge by reading all 20 of the Monarch books!! Way to go!!
Congratulations to the Party Pandas! They are the winners of the first-ever Battle of the Books at AGS. The Party Pandas included Trinity S, Waylon M, Chloe M, Natalie P, and Khloe H. All participants did an outstanding job!!
Our school voted for Chunky as the Bluestem Winner.
AGS STEM students recently built Lego robots that hopped. On Monday, March 11th we put them to the test and had a classroom race.

AGS Friday Note - March 8th, 2024
Students in Kindergarten through third grade enjoyed a marshmallow party after completing the Joust Read Program. Students had to read at least 5 books from the Monarch award list in order to qualify for the party. Fun was had by all!
