This form MUST be filled out by the end of the day on Thursday, November 19 to order meals for the Week of November 23 and the Week of November 30. Next week we have only two days of school before Thanksgiving break, we have combined the pre-order for next week and the following week for a total of 7 days.

The Douglas County Health Department COVID hotline # (1-801-997-0019) will no longer be operational after Nov. 30, 2020. Any calls to DCHD, COVID related or not, should be made to the main phone number at 217-253-4137.
There will be no COVID testing at Douglas County Health Department the week of Nov. 23-27, 2020 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Drive-thru testing will resume Monday, Nov. 30 on the regular schedule of Mondays-Thursdays 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The testing site is Building J600 at Tuscola Outlet Mall, between Old Navy and Vanity Fair.

Today was the 50th day of school so Mrs. Luttrell's Kindergarten class celebrated with 50's Day. We listened to 50's music, learned the Hand Jive and had root beer floats! The root beer floats were a hit! We also practiced counting to 50 different ways.
