Thanks to The Great Pumpkin Patch in Arthur, Mrs. Luttrell's Kindergarten class got to investigate pumpkins. We observed and described the outside. We counted the ribs and measured with snap cubes. We even checked to see if pumpkins float. We wrapped up our investigation by decorating them however we wanted with crayon. We also enjoyed pumpkin cookies and cider from Mr. Stone yesterday as we learned about the pumpkin life cycle.
