Lovington Grade School is currently accepting applications for an anticipated opening for a grade school paraprofessional. Duties include but are not limited to the ability to work effectively in a team environment providing support to teachers and students, assisting in duties related to supervision of lunchroom, playground, and bus activities, assist with the library. Qualifications include: High School Diploma or equivalent, Must pass a background check. Apply online on our district website at https://www.cusd305.org/page/job-vacancies. Last week the 7th grade made “baseball cards” for people who served in some way during the revolutionary war. Each include their picture on the front and important information about their life on the back.

Land ho! Our 3rd Book Blast Treasure Chest stuffed with cash winner has found the loot today. Congratulations, Trey Knight! We have more prizes to be awarded with our Book Blast event! The student with the highest dollar amount of contributions from each grade level will be awarded a $100 Book Blast shopping spree. The student with the highest dollar amount of contributions in the school will be awarded an additional $100 Book Blast shopping spree. The shopping spree awards are a fun way to add more books to your student’s home library!
