We hope you will be able to join us this Friday!

Preschool had tons of fun celebrating Mrs Snyder’s birthday and making their own Halloween cookies! ❤️

Today was the 50th day of school and Kindergarten celebrated by painting 50 dots, Tracing numbers 1-50 and coloring 50 items. We also listened and danced to music from the 1950’s. We also drank root beer floats for snack! It was a terrific day!

Today, third grade did a science experiment in the STEM lab. The class learned that candy corn dissolves quicker in water than it does in vinegar or rubbing alcohol.

Artist of the Week this week is Leland Willoughby. Congrats!

Twinning = Winning!

How cute are these? Our 4th grade art students created these Bento boxes for our display!

5th grade learned so much at the Moultrie-Douglas safety day on Thursday.

Today Mrs. Luttrell’s Kindergarten class used props to act out/retell The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything by Linda Williams

This is a reminder that Parent Teacher Conferences are today and tomorrow from 4-8 pm. The high school will dismiss at 2:00 and the grade schools will dismiss at 2:15 on both days. There is no school on Friday.
JH Girls Basketball 7th and 8th grade make it to JHOC Championship Thursday evening!

Mr Kirkwood did an amazing job at a spooky walkway in the gym! The kids absolutely loved it!

3rd grade had so much fun on their trip to the local grain bin! We are so thankful to Shelley, Terry, and Raymond for teaching us today!

Today Mrs. Luttrell’s Kindergarten and Mrs. Martin’s First Grade started a 6 month experiment. We took a hollowed out pumpkin and put some of our lunch garbage inside before burying it outside. We made predictions about what we think will happen to both the garbage and the pumpkin. We will dig it back up in April around Earth Day 🌎 🎃
